The thing about setting goals is this:

It should be done with your personality type in mind.

.

I’ve heard a lot of advice over the years from those in the coaching industry

on how to set realistic + attainable goals.

And while those pieces of advice are valuable, they’re missing context.

They’re missing the depth of your personality to inform the goal-setting process itself.

…So I scratched those and built my own process!

I know how it feels to set a bunch of goals at one time, then…

Life throws a curveball.

And this curveball doesn’t just SLOW your progress…

YOU STOP YOUR PURSUIT BECAUSE THERE WAS TOO MUCH TO focus on ANYWAY.

What if the solution to this problem could be found in 5 steps,

and you didn’t even need to try and figure it all out yourself?

If we haven’t been introduced, I go by Jayla Rae.

I’m what I call a Late Career Milspouse, speaker, certified Enneagram coach, and stepmom.

Sometimes I wonder what life would be like if I had never met my husband in my mid-20’s and the Army hadn't taken a hold of certain logistical life details.

But you know what?

I’ve found ways to pivot, get creative, and most of all:

get REALISTIC about what is doable for me and my personality type.

In my goal-setting workshop, here’s what you’ll learn:

  • How you orient toward time

…and why that’s important for goals

  • How to get realistic about what life looks like right now,

…i.e. what kind of season you’re in

  • How to set your time blocks

  • And then the final step we often skip:

…how to break the goal up into smaller steps

The best part is…
